The Role & Schedule
We are looking for a dedicated Careprovider to support our six residents across both our home-based care and our Community Day Program.

- Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour.
- Flexibility: We have shifts at various times of the day and the week. Staff can typically work 30-40 hours per week if they are are willing to fill needed shifts. While we prefer consistent schedules, we need a team member who is adaptable. Shifts may occasionally change based on the evolving needs of the residents and the home.

Requirements
- Reliability: A consistent start is vital for the stability of our home.
- Clearance: Must be 18+ and able to pass a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for community outings and pass our driving test.
- Attitude: We prioritize a patient, empathetic attitude and a desire to be part of a close-knit team.
- Willingness to Learn: Irregardless of previous experience, we require staff to engage and use the knowledge from on-going staff development and veteran staff mentors.
