Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Coordinator
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Coordinator with sales experience to support our team with customer service, sales, general office administration, and data entry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Spanish and have the ability to build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and help drive new and repeat business.
The ideal candidate will also have strong attention to detail, particularly when entering customer, invoice, and sales information into QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English and Spanish.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist with sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, following up with leads, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, products, and services to help generate new and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services based on their requirements.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, invoice, payment, sales, and other business information in QuickBooks.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, receipts, quotes, sales orders, and other administrative paperwork.
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
- Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, order processing, and other day-to-day office tasks.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed and orders are processed accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests and help resolve customer questions or concerns.
- Maintain organized records and ensure customer and sales documentation is properly filed and updated.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company and customer information.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous sales, customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Previous experience communicating with customers, following up on leads, or generating sales is highly preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks and data entry is required.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing products or services with customers and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative with customers and sales opportunities.
