Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, MS Office)
• High school diploma or equivalent
