Bilingual HVAC Dispatcher/Admin

Administrative Dispatcher – Houston, TX (77087)
Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a busy HVAC service company in Houston as an Administrative Dispatcher! We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support our dispatch team and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the dispatch team and A/C Technicians
• Answer incoming customer calls and create work/job orders
• Dispatch A/C Technicians to assigned jobs
• Maintain and organize job/work order documentation
• Enter data accurately into the computer system
• Create documents and reports as needed
• Perform additional administrative tasks as requested

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency and accuracy in data entry
• Prior administrative or dispatch experience preferred
