Zero-Turn Mower Operator / Lawn Maintenance Laborer

Framework Staffing is hiring Zero-Turn Mower Operators / Lawn Maintenance Laborers for a client in the Decatur, Alabama area.

We are looking for dependable candidates with at least 1 year of experience operating a zero-turn lawn mower, weed eater, and performing general lawn maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a zero-turn lawn mower
• Use a weed eater and other lawn-maintenance equipment
• Perform general lawn and grounds maintenance
• Complete physical labor, including bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Work Monday–Friday, with possible weekend work and overtime

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with:
• • Zero-turn lawn mower operation
  • Weed eating
  • Lawn maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Social Security card
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Comfortable performing physical labor
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Safety Training

Selected candidates will be required to complete TVTC safety training before beginning the assignment. The training is paid for by the client.

Pay & Schedule

• $18.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• Weekends may be required depending on workload
• Overtime available
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Location

Candidates living within approximately 45 miles of Decatur, AL may be considered. This includes areas such as Decatur, Athens, Hartselle, Tanner, Trinity, and Priceville, as well as other surrounding areas within a reasonable commuting distance.
