Overview

The Medical Aesthetics RN at River’s Edge Wellness Center provides injectable and energy-based/laser aesthetic treatments under the supervision of Ashley Sutton, NP-MSN. This role combines clinical excellence with ethical, consultative sales and a luxury-level patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and other provider-ordered injectable treatments.
• Perform energy-based aesthetic treatments, including laser, IPL, RF microneedling, microfocused ultrasound, and Thermage-type treatments.
• Conduct patient consultations for GLP-1 and peptide programs.
• Provide IV therapy and vitamin infusion treatments.
• Perform medical aesthetic services such as HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling with PRP, and related treatments.
• Educate patients on procedures, benefits, risks, costs, and alternatives to support informed decision-making.
• Recommend products and services ethically to support long-term skin health, longevity, and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant treatment space and uphold safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Nurse injector experience (Botox required; additional injectables preferred)
• Laser/energy-based device experience (laser/IPL/RF microneedling/ultrasound/Thermage-type)
• Strong aesthetic sales ability with a consultative, ethical approach
• Experience in skincare and medical aesthetics, with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of energy-based and laser treatments (training provided as needed)

Sales & Consultation Expectations

• Demonstrated ability to educate and convert ethically—matching treatments to patient goals and needs.
• Ability to represent River’s Edge services with thorough knowledge of how procedures are performed, expected outcomes, potential risks, and contraindications.
• Ability to assess peptide program needs and communicate treatment recommendations to the Medical Director (training provided).

Job Details

• Pay: $35.00–$60.00 per hour
