We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant in Grand Prairie, TX to support the sales team by managing customer requests from initial inquiry through quotation, order follow-up, and aftersales support. This role combines administrative support, document coordination, pricing research, reporting, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, maintaining project records, researching information in QuickBooks and internal systems, coordinating customer and vendor communications, and assisting with order tracking and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to follow tasks through to completion. Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, will be key to success in this position.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and identify inconsistencies before information is shared with customers or used for decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems, including the ability to research information, analyze data, use basic formulas, create reports, and navigate tools such as QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and shared databases
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for research, document review, writing, and workflow support, with the ability to verify information and communicate professionally while following tasks through to completion
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
