Water & Air Filtration Sales Rep

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales: Perform an in-home water and air test and demonstration via company provided testing kit and a linear sales pitch. The testing kit is easy to use and the demonstration is engaging, allowing everyone to see what’s REALLY in their water. Complete minimum documentation.

Compensation: 100% Commission only, (no hourly pay)

Average $1,500 - $3,000+ per week in commissions prior to potential bonuses! (Minimum 1-2 sales per week). High potential to make sales within your first two weeks with us.

Requirements:

Experience - The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of proven success in one-call closing, strong skills in overcoming buyer objections, follow up, ability to handle rejection, punctuality, communication and the ability to thrive independently. If you’re experienced in selling windows, home security, pest control, hvac etc- we want to hear from YOU!

Availability - Willingness to run appointments 4 days during the week + Saturdays for appointments set between 10am-7pm. You will not run appointments all day every day, we believe that a work/life balance is crucial to your success and Sundays are optional.

Must possess your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license to commute to appointments set in Katy, Cypress, Hockley, Fulshear, Richmond, Spring, Tomball, Houston, Pearland, Humble
