Line Cook

We are seeking a Line Cook to prepare American cuisine across a multi-concept menu. This role will support the Grill, Breakfast, and Fry stations while maintaining consistent quality, accurate timing, proper portioning, and high standards of kitchen sanitation and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and portion items according to established recipes.
• Execute recipes consistently across Grill, Saute, and Fry stations.
• Operate grill, saute, and fryer equipment safely and efficiently.
• Plate dishes accurately and maintain presentation standards.
• Coordinate order timing to support smooth kitchen service.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and follow food safety practices.
• Rotate inventory to support freshness and minimize waste.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of line cooking experience.
• Food Handler certification.
• Strong knife skills and portion control.
• Knowledge of food safety and recipe adherence.
• Experience with grill, saute, and fryer cooking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
