Experienced Concrete Finisher – Pool Construction

Full-Time | Year-Round Work

Year Round Pool is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our pool construction team. Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional concrete finishing experience. Swimming pool construction experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pour, spread, level, smooth, and finish concrete
• Set and work with concrete forms
• Edge, trowel, texture, patch, and repair concrete
• Use concrete finishing hand and power tools
• Prepare job sites for concrete pours
• Maintain quality workmanship and a safe, clean work area

Requirements

• 3+ years of concrete finishing experience REQUIRED
• Pool construction experience strongly preferred
• Skilled with concrete finishing tools and techniques
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional weekends.
