Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing outbound orders, and ensuring products are shipped safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Unload trucks and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Accurately enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and packing slips.
• Ensure products are stored properly and organized within the warehouse.
• Follow FIFO procedures and inventory control practices.

Requirements:

• Previous Shipping & Receiving or Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a food manufacturing, chemical, or production environment.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
