Hiring Landscape Enhancement Crew Manager/Driver – Immediately

Location: Boynton Beach, FL 33435
Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
Payroll: Weekly 1099
Work: Long-term

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of landscaping experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
• Own tools required
• Strong leadership and team-management skills

Job Duties

• Drive truck and trailer to job sites
• Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 landscaping workers
• Direct daily field operations
• Operate zero-turn and push mowers
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
