OTC Derivatives Confirmations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced OTC Derivatives Confirmations Analyst to support the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and validating OTC derivative confirmations across multiple asset classes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standard

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and validate OTC derivative confirmations for Rates, Credit, FX, Equity, and Commodity products.
• Ensure confirmation documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent with trade economics.
• Investigate and resolve trade capture discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Reconcile trade details between internal systems and legal documentation.
• Partner with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external counterparties to resolve confirmation-related issues.
• Support the development and enhancement of confirmation templates in line with ISDA and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
• Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements and operational controls.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets Operations, Middle Office, or Derivatives Operations.
• Strong experience with OTC Derivatives Confirmations.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle management and derivatives processing.
• Familiarity with ISDA documentation and confirmation standards.
• Experience supporting one or more asset classes, including FX, Rates, Credit, Equity, or Commodity derivatives.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
