About this job
Job Description
We are seeking professional, dependable Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. Selected candidates will be responsible for patrolling and securing assigned premises, identifying and reporting potential risks, and enforcing client rules and regulations with professionalism, integrity, and a strong command presence.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Allen, Texas, Applied Operations Security has grown into a statewide team of several hundred employees. Despite our size, we remain small enough to know our people by name — never by number.
Our employees are the foundation of our success. We value every member of our team, recognizing that their dedication, professionalism, and integrity shape the quality of service our clients receive.
We take great pride in delivering exceptional training and ongoing development for our staff. In turn, our clients benefit from consistent, reliable, and high‐quality service that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Applied Operations Security blends the strength of a statewide presence with the personal touch of a close‐knit company — ensuring accountability, respect, and quality at every level.
