Warehouse Associate / Order Picker - Automotive & Heavy Duty Truck Parts

Location: Orlando, FL 32837

Pay: $17/hour

Schedule: 7am-5pm Monday - Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing automotive and heavy-duty truck parts for delivery, customer pickup, and internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack automotive and heavy-duty truck parts according to printed or digital work orders
• Accurately verify part numbers, quantities, and product condition before shipment
• Prepare orders for delivery, customer pickup, or internal service department use
• Safely and efficiently load completed orders onto pallets, carts, or delivery vehicles
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout assigned warehouse areas
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and other general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude with a reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and handle automotive and truck parts safely
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid personal vehicle

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
