Warehouse Picker - 2nd Shift | $17/HourJob Overview

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our 2nd shift team in Davenport, IA. In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You'll work with products ranging from small handheld boxes to larger machine parts, utilizing material handling equipment and RF scanning technology in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Sort products and place boxes on the correct pallets for forklift operators.
• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory.
• Operate lifting equipment to safely move larger materials and parts.
• Load and unload completed pallets from semi-trailers.
• Maintain quality standards and inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 months of warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or similar inventory tracking technology.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience (training and certification available).
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Prior experience in order picking, packing, or shipping/receiving.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position located in a large parts distribution center in Davenport, IA. You'll work alongside a diverse and hardworking team in a clean, organized warehouse environment where quality and accuracy are highly valued.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• Overtime may extend shifts until 2:00 AM
• Occasional Saturday work required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
