Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy sitter for my two girls, ages 11 and 8. I would love to find one consistent person who can get to know our family and become our go-to sitter when I need help. This would mainly be for occasional overnights and weekends. My girls are older and fairly independent, so I am mainly looking for someone responsible who can hang out with them, help with meals, make sure they are taken care of, and stay overnight with them.
