Babysitter - Now Hiring

Looking for a flexible babysitter to watch our 18mo old in our home in Keller. Husband is a firefighter and I work M-Th full-time. Schedule will vary but we have the days needed for a year in advance. Our son is active and loves to be outside. We are a minimal screen-time (but not against) family who prioritizes movement and activities! Our son has food allergies so comfortability and experience with food allergies is preferred. We also have a large dog who is friendly.
