Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I have 3 energetic small kids who like biking, running, and reading. I also have a 5-month-old who loves to smile and watch them. I like to do breakfast at 7:30, lunch at noon, nap in the afternoon, and dinner at 5-6. I have relied on my husband to be able to make this happen but we have both been needing more support. I have a 12 year Newfoundland so a caregiver who is afraid of dogs would not work for us. I am starting to do continuing education courses in hopes of starting a part-time job and it is also important to me that I be able to continue to breastfeed my 5-month-old son. I am looking for someone who is a reliable and responsible adult to help me enjoy being a mom.
