Babysitter Needed

Were seeking a nurturing, hands-on nanny for long-term care of our 2-year-old daughter. We work from home and value a child-led, screen-free environment where play, conversation, curiosity, and exploration guide the day. Care will take place at our home no transportation required. 25-30 hours weekly (M-F). What Were Looking For: * Experience with toddlers * Engages in age-appropriate, screen-free, child-led play (indoors & outdoors) * Supports independence in a gentle, Montessori-inspired way * Light cleanup * Maintains a calm, respectful presence * Comfortable with cats (we have 2)
