Licensed Clinical Psychologist (HSP) - Autism Assessment

Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading national recruiting organization specializing in supporting behavioral health organizations, is seeking a high-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist (HSP) to join our client's Autism & Diagnostic Assessment team in Nashville, Tennessee.

This role is dedicated purely to clinical excellence in pediatric diagnostic evaluations. You will focus on providing "gold-standard" comprehensive evaluations for children and young adults (ages 1–21) with complete clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong operational support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

• Conduct comprehensive autism and differential diagnostic evaluations using gold-standard tools including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and MIGDAS-2.

• Deliver clinically excellent, strengths-based evaluation reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for families, educators, and care teams.

• Serve as an expert clinician for complex differential diagnosis cases (e.g., ASD vs. ADHD, trauma, or mood disorders).

2. Clinical Collaboration & Supervision

• Provide clinical supervision to Psychological Residents (post-docs) and Certified Psychological Assistants/Technicians in accordance with Tennessee Rule 1180-02.

• Act as a Supervisor of Record for pre-licensed clinicians accruing clinical hours toward their HSP designation.

• Review and sign off on psychological evaluations and diagnostic products to ensure compliance with Tennessee Board standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

• Licensure: Active license as a Psychologist in Tennessee with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation (or immediate eligibility for reciprocity).

• Experience: 3+ years of specialized experience in pediatric autism and neurodevelopmental assessments.

• Clinical Expertise: High proficiency in administering and scoring ADOS-2, ADI-R, and related diagnostic batteries.
