Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Oak Manor. You'll help residents find ways to manage daily activities as they recover, using each person's goals to guide treatment.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents' abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
Work on self-care, upper body function, and safe daily routines
Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies when appropriate
Track progress, document care, and coordinate with the care team
