As a Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers and play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. You will greet customers, coordinate with technicians, explain repairs, manage service appointments, and help keep the service department running efficiently. We welcome candidates with customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience who are interested in starting a career in the automotive industry.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is organized, friendly, professional, and customer-focused, with strong communication and time-management skills. The ability to work well with others and coordinate workflow is important. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
