Test Integration Master I

Job Title:

Test Scrum Master II

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) for the assigned delivery team
- Coach the team on Scrum best practices and help remove impediments that block delivery or testing progress
- Ensure test strategy execution aligns with product goals, sprint commitments, and quality standards
- Collaborate with QA, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to maintain clear acceptance criteria and effective defect triage
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, defect leakage, test progress) and drive continuous improvement within the team

Required Skills:

- Strong Scrum fundamentals and hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Experience coordinating testing activities within Agile delivery (e.g., test planning, quality gates, UAT support)
- Ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and impediment-removal skills

Qualification:

- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in software or IT delivery
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification (or equivalent Agile certification)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including QA/testing, development, and product stakeholders
