Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Requirements:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
