JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: FACILITIES DIRECTOR

CLASSIFICATION CODE: EXEMPT FULL TIME

DEPARTMENT: FACILITIES

REPORTS TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

STATEMENT OF JOB: The Facilities Director is responsible for ABHS Fleet Management, while overseeing the ABHS Facilities Maintenance Team & Security Team to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient operation. This includes directing the cleaning and sanitizing of all ABHS buildings/facilities.  The Facilities Director manages the Facilities Departmental budget, oversees the stocking and replenishment of supplies, and provides the tools and equipment required to perform required maintenance.  In addition, the Facilities Director reports to the ABHS CEO, providing pertinent updates on the condition of all ABHS building/facilities.  Duties will include suggesting improvements to process and safety procedures.  This position also provides administrative program supervision to the Living With Purpose (LWP) Work Program.

2. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
