Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a long term full time sitter for our 4-month-old. We expect to need help until summer 2027. I am a remote employee so I will be in the house but occupied. Dedicated areas available (nursery, play area) and access to common areas such as living room, fenced back yard, etc. He is a very chill baby. We will pay a weekly fee and will negotiate the days/hours needed based on your availability/our needs. No housework needed, any federal holidays will be included as days off.
