Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Arlo Chicago, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization are maintained, and providing quality service to our guests.
Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate scheduling and assignments for housekeeping team
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
We offer competitive compensation of $24.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
