NOW HIRING – HOSPITAL HOUSEKEEPERS

JOB-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
- Location: New Lenox, IL
- Pay: $18/hour
- Openings: 6 Housekeepers
1ST SHIFT – GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Rotating weekends required
2ND SHIFT – DISCHARGES
- Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Focus on cleaning and preparing patient rooms after discharge
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, hallways, common areas, and other hospital spaces
- Follow hospital cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Properly handle and dispose of waste according to facility guidelines
- Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies
- For the discharge position, thoroughly clean and prepare patient rooms for the next patient
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional healthcare environment
- Follow all required safety and infection-control procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping or healthcare environmental services experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment
- Must be available for the assigned shift
- 1st shift requires rotating weekend availability
- Must successfully complete required background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
