Roofing Sales Representative

Jacksonville, FL | Independent Contractor (1099) | 50/50 Commission Split

Brazen Roofing is looking for an experienced roofing sales producer to help grow its Jacksonville market. We’re looking for someone who can create their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and take a sale from the first conversation through a signed contract.

This is an opportunity for a self-directed rep who wants ownership of their pipeline and dependable support once a project is sold. Brazen has in-house supplementing and production teams, so you can stay focused on customers and new business while the team moves projects forward.

Brazen Roofing works in roof replacement, repair, inspections, and storm damage, with a focus on quality workmanship and straightforward service.

What you’ll do

• Generate your own leads and develop roofing sales opportunities in your local market.
• Meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and explain the roofing process clearly.
• Follow up consistently, earn the customer’s trust, and move opportunities through to a signed contract.
• Keep customer information, activity, and project details current in AccuLynx.
• Communicate with the supplementing and production teams as sold projects move forward.
• Represent Brazen professionally throughout the customer experience.

Compensation

This is a 1099, commission-only role with a 50/50 commission split.

Who we’re looking for

• Roofing sales experience and a track record of producing.
• Self-gen leads and manage your pipeline.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
• You follow through, keep accurate records, and communicate well with both customers and internal teams.
• You’re comfortable using a CRM such as AccuLynx.
