We're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator / Dispatcher who will become a key support player for our customers and field team.
What You'll Own - Deliver an exceptional experience every time a customer contacts us
- Answer calls and emails with urgency, warmth, and professionalism
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Keep customers informed from beginning to resolution
- Support our technicians so they can be successful in the field
- Manage service tickets and keep information accurate
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues
- Follow up and close the loop
- Notice problems before they become bigger problems
- Serving people gives you energy
