Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
- Research and verify healthcare provider information using Google, Microsoft Copilot, and other online resources
- Locate and confirm provider contact details including phone numbers, addresses, and fax numbers
- Contact provider offices by phone when needed to obtain or confirm information
- Review and update provider data in Excel spreadsheets while navigating multiple web browsers and systems simultaneously
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and verifying information – data quality is the core of this role
- Support information-gathering efforts tied to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable on the phone and confident making professional outreach calls to provider offices
- Strong computer skills – able to navigate multiple systems and browsers simultaneously with ease
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Windows applications
- Sharp attention to detail – you catch errors and take accuracy seriously
- Naturally curious and good at finding information – you enjoy digging until you have the right answer
- Background in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a strong fit
- Reliable and consistent – attendance is critical, especially in the first two weeks of the assignment
