Customer Service Representative - Etters

Position Summary

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent service to customers by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and via phone
• Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively with direction
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Educate customers on company services, pricing, and policies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed and assigned
• Store opening and closing responsibilities based on shift requirements
• Wash and fold laundry duties and laundromat assistance (applicable based on location)
• Maintain attendance and punctuality standards

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable
• Criminal background check required
• 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to grasp items and lift/move up to 20 pounds from place to place
• Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment

Work Environment

• Frequent interaction with customers and team members
• Requires schedule flexibility including weekends depending on business needs
