About the Job
Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a local manufacturing company with operations around the world. You’ll help customers with orders, questions, and concerns. Most communication will be in English, with occasional phone calls and emails in Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer questions about orders, products, and pricing.
- Process orders, returns, and credits according to company policies.
- Work with accounts receivable to resolve billing disputes.
- Handle customer concerns and direct technical issues to the right team.
- Keep customer records accurate and share feedback about service issues.
- Work with sales and other team members to support customers during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center.
- Professional-level speaking and writing skills in both English and Spanish. You must be able to handle business phone calls and emails in Spanish; conversational Spanish alone is not enough.
- Strong grammar and clear communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: 2–3 years of experience with SAP.
