What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Leading and motivating team members to achieve performance goals.
• Assisting with scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Handling any issues that arise during your shift with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• A valid Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Availability to work weekends and nights as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
