Business to Business Sales Representative

Here at Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative for our innovative bottle less water purifier. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing business customers. We are a 3rd generation family-owned company with values based on integrity, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement dedicated to exceeding customer and employee expectations. We offer the best drinking water and the largest variety of water treatment products and services available for your home or business.

Specific Job Duties

• Prospect and develop new customers
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting
• Achieve monthly performance quotas
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer records
• Manage complete sales process from prospecting through closing the sale

 Specific Job Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skill and ability to work well with customers
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Great presentation skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• A driven self-starter
• A high degree of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance and demeanor
