Senior Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

My mother is in the late stages of dementia, she is angry, easily agitated, and confused to her surroundings. I currently have a day time caregiver during the day, but the evening hours are very hard on my aging father. I am looking for someone willing to sit with her, redirect her attention away from the negative, and attempt to get her settled for bed.
