Companion Care Needed

Send your availability regarding what days and times that would work for you given the schedule I posted. 61 yr old female with ALS. Non mobile and non verbal, but has full sensation and is alert. Uses alphabet chart to communicate. Total care. Willing to train someone who is a patient and kind. Services needed include: tube fed, washing up, brushing teeth, dressing, and mobility assistance. She is a hoist and pivot transfer. Yellow and black lab. They're VERY friendly. Must be reliable. Everyday from 9am-12pm, 2pm-5 p.m. and 7pm-9:30 p.m.
