Companion Care Needed

I need a senior care provider with experience! Our primary care concerns are: Companionship/ elder care babysitting. My mother is 88 years old and has dementia issues (some days are better than others). I just occasionally need another person here to keep an eye on her when I have other plans, making sure she doesn't fall when getting up, if she needs help into the bathroom, also to watch so she doesn't get up and wander around the house, etc.
