Childcare Needed

We are expecting parents browsing for child care options. This will be our first baby. Hes due in March. Wed like someone with experience with newborns. I work at a hospital as a resident though my hours are always 8-5. However, my I work from home part of the week, just inconsistently. My husband works full time from home but travels often for work. Wed ideally need someone with flexibility in their schedule, though we would provide a general schedule weeks to months in advance. We have two dogs and a cat.
