Childcare Needed

We need a nanny for our 2 children in Aptos. Our 3-year-old has a ton of energy so we are looking for someone who is fun, patient and warm while also knowing how to redirect some of the wild behavior. We also have a 4-month-old. Most of the time you will be with just one kid at a time, there will be probably 1-2 hours a day with both kids at the same time. My husband and I will both be home, we would like someone who is able to take my son out into the community.
