Warehouse Support Specialist

The Warehouse Support Specialist serves as the central communication point for shipment updates, order status, research requests, and other distribution-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor, research, and respond to Outbound requests received via email or ServiceNow.

· Sort picks.

· Utilize AS400, SPS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications to complete daily tasks.

· Responsible for inventory monitoring and distribution of warehouse supplies.

Other Responsibilities:

· Utilize Pallet Jack to move pallets of materials or product.

· Follow Preferred Methods and Safety Guidelines.

· Rotate throughout the department performing various functions, including housekeeping.

· Assist other areas of Operations as required.

· Attain individual and department goals.

Required Qualification:

· Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

· Strong organizational, counting, and multitasking skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

· Ability to perform 8 or more hours of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying products in any combination at any given time.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (team-lift for anything above 50 lbs).

· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which includes changes in temperature as the weather fluctuates, noise from conveyors, and forklifts.

Preferred Experience:

· Prior warehouse experience.

· Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
