We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play an important role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across our internal systems. This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of information.

The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with internal teams to enter, update, verify, and maintain data while ensuring information is accurate and processed in a timely manner. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and consistency are critical.

What You'll Do

• Enter and update data accurately across internal databases and business systems
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Verify data against source documents and resolve discrepancies
• Process and maintain records, forms, reports, and other documentation
• Organize and maintain electronic records and files
• Perform data cleanup and updates as needed
• Enter information from orders, invoices, forms, spreadsheets, and other source documents
• Work with internal departments to gather and verify information
• Assist with reporting and maintaining spreadsheets
• Support the team with additional administrative and data-related projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• 6 months of data entry/order entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
