District Manager – Multi-Unit QSR | $90K–$100K

A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 5–6 high-volume QSR locations across Chicago and the South Suburbs. This is a hands-on multi-unit leadership opportunity for a proven operator who can develop General Managers, drive accountability, and improve operational and financial performance across multiple locations.

Key requirements to attract the right people

• 3+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership
• Experience overseeing multiple General Managers and locations
• Strong P&L and financial-management experience
• Proven ability to develop and hold GMs accountable
• Strong labor, food cost, and operational knowledge
• Track record of measurable results
• Comfortable leading in high-volume urban/city restaurants
• Ability to regularly travel between locations throughout Chicago and the South Suburbs

Compensation

$90,000–$100,000 base salary
