Companion Care Needed

Seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to join an established care team and help an 81-year-old man remain safe, comfortable, active, and as independent as possible at home. This is a direct-care position. Michaels functioning varies, and at times he needs significant hands-on assistance with walking, transfers, toileting/personal care, and other daily activities. Comfort and competence with physical assistance are essential. Reliability and teamwork are essential. Caregivers coordinate with Michael and one another regarding care, scheduling, changes, and shift handoffs. Seeking someone who can reliably take up a few regular shifts: 7:00 a.m. -- 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. -- 10:00 p.m.
