Sterilization & Production Support Technician

Help Keep Manufacturing Moving!

We're looking for a detail-oriented team player to support production through sterilization, inventory control, and materials preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, sterilize, and restock equipment used across multiple departments
• Prepare and sterilize production materials, including shield paper and aluminum foil
• Maintain inventory levels of sterilized components to support manufacturing demands
• Organize and track materials by lot number for inventory accuracy
• Sterilize growth media, plate media, bio-waste, and other department-required solutions
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Manufacturing, laboratory, inventory, or sterilization experience preferred

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working in a cGMP environment is a plus
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
