Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician | Southeast TerritoryAegis is partnered with a growing industrial machinery and automation manufacturer that designs custom equipment for metal fabrication and manufacturing applications. They are looking for a Field Service Technician to support customers throughout the Southeast, primarily across Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. This is a home-based position with significant travel and strong overtime earning potential.Responsibilities:- Install, set up, and commission industrial machinery and automated equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues at customer sites
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
• Perform equipment testing and train customers on operation and maintenance
• Provide onsite and remote technical support
• Communicate field issues back to the factory and service team

Requirements:- 2+ years of field service or industrial maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience installing or commissioning industrial equipment
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
• PLC/controls and hydraulics experience are a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work overtime/weekends when needed
• Must be based in the Southeast near a major airport, ideally around Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, or Nashville
