Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience as an OT in school environments, including delivering direct therapy and developing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Capability to adapt therapy strategies to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Organizational skills to manage a caseload and travel between multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver occupational therapy services to students, supporting their success in the classroom
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between assigned school sites to provide services as scheduled
