School Occupational Therapist | Culdesac, Idaho

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students and supporting their families as an onsite Occupational Therapist. This position offers you the chance to make a direct difference for a child whose parent has specifically requested in-person services, while collaborating closely with an existing virtual OT provider. This assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through May 2027. With a manageable caseload, you’ll work just one day a week (8 hours), providing focused support and building meaningful connections.

Qualifications:

• Valid Idaho Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to collaborate with virtual therapy staff and onsite personnel
• Commitment to supporting children with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person occupational therapy sessions tailored to student goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans in line with educational requirements
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and the virtual OT to ensure consistent service delivery
• Document progress, maintain up-to-date records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment for students and staff
