What We're Looking For:

• Valid and active California Moderate/Severe (mod/sev) Education Specialist Credential (required)
• Experience or strong interest in serving students with extensive support needs (ESN)
• Ability to collaborate with general education staff, support staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations and grade levels
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement individualized educational programs for students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Work hands-on with K-12 students, adapting instruction and curriculum to meet unique learning needs
• Collaborate with IEP teams, including therapists, paraprofessionals, and guardians, to monitor progress and set attainable goals
• Maintain and update documentation in compliance with district, county, and state guidelines
